Useful informations

Prices are calculated per person and day with breakfast or with half board.
The prices shown will include a visitor tax of Euro 2,90 per person (from 14 years of age) per day.
In the event of single occupancy of a double room, we assess 30,00 Euro per day surcharge .
Please plan on your room not being available for check-in until after 1pm. Check-in on sunday on request.
If you expect to arrive after 6 pm, please let us know in advance. On your day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11am.
Meals not consumed will not be reimbursed.
Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest here (please make advanced arrangements). The charge is 10 euro per day and pet food is not included.
Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Smoking: smoking in the rooms is not allowed
Payment: limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations, you can also pay with your Bankomat or VISA card
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: please be aware that, should your arrival be delayed, or if you decide to leave prematurely, we will charge you 80% of the rate for the days you had originally booked.
Please be aware that, in the event of cancellations less than 2 week prior to scheduled arrival you will be charged for the room in accordance with Italian accommodation laws
